These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pesowin platform, including all gaming services, account features, and payment facilities available to players in the Philippines. Geographic & Legal Eligibility

3. Account Creation & Security

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes after registration. pesowin may request supporting documents at any stage to verify the identity, address, or payment methods associated with your account, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow anyone else to access or use your account on your behalf. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately so that appropriate action can be taken to secure your account.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules

As a registered member of pesowin, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. You must comply with all applicable laws in the Philippines relating to online gaming, financial transactions, and personal conduct while using the platform. You are required to fund your account from payment sources that are legally yours, and you must ensure that all deposits represent legitimate funds with no connection to illegal activity. You must engage with the platform's games and betting markets in the normal course of personal entertainment and not for commercial, professional, or systematic exploitation purposes. Any winnings or payouts must be withdrawn only to payment methods that belong to you and are in your name. You also agree to cooperate fully with any account verification, responsible gaming checks, or compliance requests issued by pesowin staff.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive to the pesowin platform or to other users. This includes but is not limited to: using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics; engaging in collusion with other players; attempting to reverse-engineer or access the underlying systems of the platform; making chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith; exploiting system errors or display faults to gain unfair advantage; and using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose. Any suspected breach of these prohibitions will be investigated, and pesowin reserves the right to void affected transactions, withhold funds pending investigation, and permanently close the accounts of players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct.
5. Payments & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on pesowin — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no currency conversion fees applied by pesowin, as the platform operates entirely in the local currency of the Philippines. Deposits are credited to your account balance after confirmation through the applicable payment channel, and the exact timing of credit depends on the payment method used; pesowin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current payout schedule, and you may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or when requesting amounts above applicable thresholds. Funds in your account do not accrue interest, and pesowin does not act as a bank or financial services provider. You must ensure that all payment methods linked to your account are registered in your own name — the use of payment methods belonging to third parties is not permitted and may result in account suspension. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, pesowin reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any funds credited erroneously, regardless of whether those funds have been wagered or partially withdrawn.
6. Limitation of Liability
The pesowin platform is provided on an "as available" basis, and while we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pesowin and its officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to losses resulting from server downtime, payment processing delays, game display errors, or data loss. pesowin does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game or sports betting market, and all wagering involves inherent financial risk that the player accepts at the time of placing a bet. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. 7. Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension
pesowin reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these terms, suspicious activity on the account, or a need to conduct an internal review. During a suspension, access to account funds and gaming features will be temporarily restricted while the review is in progress. pesowin will endeavour to complete any review within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to you via the contact information registered on your account. If the review finds no breach, the suspension will be lifted and normal account access restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be subject to permanent closure in accordance with the closure policy below. You are encouraged to cooperate fully with any requests for information during the suspension period, as non-cooperation may extend the review timeline.
Closure
You may request the closure of your pesowin account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations. pesowin may permanently close an account if a player is found to have violated these terms, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if the account has remained inactive for an extended period as defined by the platform's dormancy policy. In cases of closure due to a confirmed terms violation, pesowin reserves the right to withhold funds where permitted by applicable law. 8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the pesowin platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, icons, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pesowin or its licensed content providers. These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms.
